Environmental Reviews (ER) for Planning and Zoning For critical area zoning
in the Dallas County Greenbelt I developed an environmental review process
and format for writing environmental reviews and presenting results, recommendations,
and development designs to local zoning commissions, Boards of Supervisors,
and planning and zoning staff. Zoning changes in critical areas of the
Raccoon River Watershed in Dallas County require environmental reviews.
