Raccoon River Greenbelt Project (137,000 acre Greenbelt on the South,
Middle, and North Raccoon Rivers) - Planning, design, and development
for Land use policy, environmental education, recreation, communication,
acquisition, historical and cultural resources, watershed planning, water
quality program, and natural resource management on private and public
lands
